Some of the speech:

There have been twelve crises of capitalism. In the last twenty years, we endlessly argued that capitalism would flourish everywhere. And now in the past year, starting with America, the crisis has become the Achilles heal of all countries virtually everywhere around the globe.

The weakest link in this crisis, yet again, is Russia …The course of the past fifteen years, from Yeltsin and ending with Putin, has caused total bankruptcy.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) is considered the heir of the defunct Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) and is one of the largest opposition parties to Putin in Russia.  The KPRF has consistently run second in all presidential elections since the re-election of Yeltsin and has taken up a line that has been very critical of previous CPSU actions leading up to the fall of the Soviet Union.
